Robert Gebka
PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPIST
Between stimulus and response there is a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.

MINDFULNESS TRAINING
Mindfulness has it's origins within the Buddhist contemplative tradition and has been utilized within the wellbeing setting for the last 50 years. This modality is based on learning to train our attention to be more in the present moment. Mindfulness is successful in supporting people in their healing efforts from anxiety, stress and depression. I offer MBSR, MBCT as well as Self-compassion training both on one to one as well as in a group cours format.
