The neuroscience of resilience, practical EMDR informed grounding & stabilisation exercises, evidence based psychology, mindfulness practices, mindful movement, walking meditation, time to rest and replenish your vital energy.

The retreat is led by Robert Gebka, a former Zen Buddhist monk, NHS mental health worker, MBSR Mindfulness trainer and former director of the Dorset Mindfulness Centre. He is the Author of Managing Depression for Mindfulness for Dummies. The supporting facilitators for this retreat are Imelda Marcos, a MBSR teacher and Richard Hepper, a Certified Mindfulness Practitioner. Together we aim to bring a warm, light-hearted and compassionate experience allowing for a safe and supported space.
